                                  EMPLOYEES NOBODY WANTS
The followings are the three undesirables initial group that no one wants to hire.............

• THE SLUGGARD;

Sluggards come in all shapes and sizes.Despite what creed they may claim,laziness is the only real on the-job doctrine they vigorously practice.Each day they repeat the complainer's liturgy,which goes something like this:"What time is it?It is not my job.What time is it?I don't get paid enough to do this.What time is it-is it five o'clock yet?"

Beyond being a whiner,the sluggard is characterized by six other telltale signs;

1. He has trouble getting started 
2. He/she is restless-filled with inner plans he/she never implements 
3. He/she is costly to the business 
4. He/she is often very defensive 
5. He/she is a quitter 
6.  He/she lives under self-delusional excuses

• THE DECEIVER ;

This is the employee who typically whispers things like,"No one will ever know","Don't worry about it,every body does it,"and ,"This is smart business.Besides,they owe it to me after all the hard work I've put into this company."Helpful insights of the deceiver are;

1. He appears to have a life of ease,but it is really empty and without purpose 
2. The deception may be exciting initially,but its end is bitter and hard to bear
3. He lacks sense of loyalty

•  THE GREEDY ;

People who chase after riches say things like,"When I make my first million......"and,"All I need is just bit more,and then I'll quit,I promise."Of course they never do.Work is number one for these people.Marriage,family,serving others-none of these matter as much as making a buck.
